I had a brief realization this morning. Everyday that when we wake up whether we want it or not we have a brand new face on. Every moment our cells die and reform by the billions or trillions ( I have to check my source ). So not just philosophically but literally every moment is a new moment.

My Brain Stem keeps becoming more and more defined. I try to do the Brain Wave vibration training everyday. Each time I can feel inside my brain a little more. What kind of feeling do you have about it?
